M2_2 shares bandwidth with rear USB4. Populating M2_2 gives each x2; selecting M2_2 x4 in BIOS disables rear USB4. USB4 controller maximum is Gen4 x4.
Populating M2_3 reduces PCI_E3 to x2. Selecting PCI_E3 x4 in BIOS disables M2_3.
